Great customer service. I ordered my bike online and it was delivered to them late, at no fault of theirs. When they received the bike they assembled the bike and got it to me by the time I needed it. All the staff were very helpful and took their time to explain the bike to me as I am new to trek products.

EDIT: 19 Jul 2026 Another visit to Trek CDA and another awesome experience. For a bike that I didn't even purchase at the store, the staff put me and my bike on a trainer, evaluated my positioning and mechanics, made some adjustments, coached me on my improper technique, and charged me a tiny fee for labor. So impressed with this store and the folks that work here. My next bike purchase (when I'm a lot stronger and a much better rider) will be from this store for sure. My local Trek Store has at least two exceptional employees. I'd like to recognize John, one of the bike mechanics, as one of the coolest, most helpful individuals I've come across in my 65 times around the Sun. I purchased a new bike at the store recently, but today I rode in on a 5 year old Domane AL4 that I bought second hand and have been rehabilitating with my limited, novice bike riding and repair skills. John took the time to look over my bike and give me several tips on adjustments that he recommended. All the while his demeanor was kind, helpful, and humble. What a guy! Thanks John, you just won me over completely. I will take the time to recognize the second exceptional employee that I've had con

We have been to this bike shop twice now in a week and they are unbelievable! We live in north Spokane and would travel here for the service and care they give us. There are several shops between us and them and no one in Spokane that we found compares. Thanks for everything you are friends! We are grateful

I accidentally disabled the anti-sway device on my friend’s Rockymount bike rack and couldn’t figure out how to re-engage it. The service team at Trek Bikes in CDA took the time to sort out the problem and got us back on the road right away. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and I recommend you visit their shop for a great bike experience!
